Protein-rich food

Our hair is made of ‘Keratin’ which is a special kind of protein. When we consume protein-rich food, our hair becomes shiny and smooth as well as gains strength. Foods like eggs, tofu, soybean, chicken, kidney beans, mushrooms, etc should be included in our diet.

Vitamin A

Foods like papaya, orange, mango, carrots, prunes, etc are rich in Vitamin A and considered beneficial for hair growth.

Vitamin B
